It’s been almost a year since my journey began on The Today Show doing 80 Day Obsession. So much has happened – so much personal growth, so many ups and downs, so many emotions, so much passion re-ignited – I couldn’t have imagined how much my life would change in one short year.

Day 1 vs. Day 80

As a coach, I have dedicated myself to helping others climb out of the darkest places, to inspire you to believe that you are worthy of anything you want, to motivate you to fight through the hard stuff that is inevitable in life and on your journey.   2. Please add me to the 80DO challenge…I enjoy Facebook challenge groups better I feel I get more motivation that way because the posts pop up constantly and are “boom” in your face🤪 helps me with accountability as well!

    My only reservation is the first time I did 80DO I didn’t leave my house or plan anything until 12pm for the entire 80 days! Lol I would wake up about 8 have the pre workout not workout till like 10 then drink my recover shower and get ready with my foods for the timed nutrition for the day. I was truly committed and got great results! I’m just kind of questioning if I’d be as committed with the timed nutrition… And the dedication as my first round… Which I hope I do, do it! 🤦🏻‍♀️
