In all seriousness, when you’re listing your house – these things would definitely be on the “do NOT do” list! Bold patterns and colors can turn potential buyers off – they can be hard to see past, and may make buyers feel like they have work to do before they move in. This could be the difference between buyers choosing another house over yours. Repainting can be a little pricey, but will make a huge difference in the first impression buyers get as they walk through the door.
